职位描述：Our Exciting Opportunity:
We are now looking for a Patent Assistant/Paralegal to assist the Patent Professionals in the Patent Organization. You will ensure that the administrative part of Patent Portfolio Management, i.e., filing and prosecuting patent applications, is performed by our internal policies and patent law. You will collaborate with Patent Professionals, Inventors, Patent Unit Managers, Outside Counsels / Law firms, and the Licensing department.
You will:
-Handle the filing of a patent application, including first and further filing
-Be responsible for Patent Prosecution and Patent Finance.
Additional Requirements:
-Education: Bachelor degree or above
-More than 3 years of work experience in patent related
-Good English skills
-Patent Process Knowledge
-Local Laws & Regulations Knowledge
-Brand Knowledge & Skills
-Knowledge Sharing & Collaboration Skills
-Coaching & Mentoring Skills
-Project Management Skills
-Change & Improvement Management Skills
